A new version of myINTERACT is now available on the App Store (v5.2) and Google Play (v2.2).
New features include:
1. Single Sign-On (SSO)
myINTERACT now supports SSO in two ways:
- Drive traffic to existing digital channels by allowing healthcare professionals (HCP’s) to automatically authenticate their credentials to access password protected websites and portals
- Provision employee myINTERACT accounts as part of enterprise IT provisioning
Available on iOS and Android. Support for Desktop coming soon.
2. Sales Call Tracking
Allow field-based teams to record content viewed in customer interactions against a contact record increasing your organisations capacity to compliantly engage with HCP’s.
Available on iPad. Support for Android coming soon.
